What would your life be like if you could:
The Wise Woman Weight Release program is designed to help you release weight and keep it off forever by connecting with your inner wisdom. You’ll discover the strength and strategies you need to overcome emotional eating whenever the urge to eat strikes.
Wise Woman Weight Release: Your True Path to Become -hinner Forever is the only weight-release program that shows you how to connect with your inner guide — a guide who will help you customize and create a personal plan for success.
Every day, commercials, books, magazines, and other people, tell you that that if you simply follow a certain regimen you’ll lose weight and keep it off. But (obviously) it’s not just about that.
Wise Woman Weight Release gives you the tools to do just that.
I’m a licensed psychotherapist and life coach. I have helped thousands of people transform their lives for over twenty-five years. Using a mind/body and meta-physical approach, I integrate life coaching with psychology and spirituality. I teach my clients how to use visualization, meditation and affirmations, and how to become open to forgiveness and the power of positive thought for empowered healing and lasting change.
The Wise Woman Weight Release program was born out of a process I use to connect with my inner wisdom and guidance. I first met my own Wise Self a decade ago, during a training in which the instructor led a visualization process similar to the one I created for this program. When I began to routinely use this process with my clients, the results were profound. I have adapted it to help my clients overcome emotional eating, release weight, and request guidance in a multitude of other life issues and goals. I’m passionate about sharing this process so as many people as possible can experience greater peace of mind and freedom from the cycle of overeating they’ve been stuck in.
There is Divine power and energy within all of us. People refer to it in different ways: the Inner Advisor, Spiritual Guide, Higher Self, or Divine Light. I like to call it my Wise Self. Like an imaginary friend to a child, she is my mentor, someone I call forth in my mind—a strong, down-to-earth woman who is wise and loving and whose guidance is always available when I ask. I connect with her regularly. When I first met my Wise Self, she gave me a rock and told me to have faith as enduring as stone to help me deal with some problems I faced at the time. Those words continue to ground me.
My Wise Self helps me stay healthy, spiritually aware and confident. She is my beloved guide.
Through this program you’ll find your guide as well, someone to stand beside you and help you release weight, end emotional eating and learn to trust that you have all the wisdom and answers you need right inside of you.

I love this question.
A few weeks ago my husband and I were in New Hampshire and we drove by The Village Gun Shop. I'm not into guns and I advocate for more responsible gun laws. I had never been in a gun shop. So I said to Carl, "Let's go in. I want to see what this is all about." We went in. I didn't like being around all those guns. We didn't stay long.
That's my answer. Now, what's yours? ... See MoreSee Less
David SanfilippoThat is a great question. I like that you went into the gun store and you did something that made you uncomfortable. That's also a good goal I have to think about, "doing something for the first time". I cannot remember. We get into comfort zones and ruts and stay in our comfy grove without venturing out and keeping it fresh. I will think about this and definitely do something the first time i haven't done before. Thanks Diane Petrella.16 hours ago · 2
Steve FredericksI have lived my entire this way and it has been a crazy ride. I honestly cannot think of a single thing I need to do before I die. LOL! ON a side-note, going to a shooting range with a competent instructor will go a long way toward easing your apprehension about guns. I am thinking that simply going into the shop only increased those feelings?15 hours ago · 2
Annemarie LeClairHi Diane Petrella, hmm that is a good question, I will have to think about that and get back to you. I hope all is well with you. I haven't been on fb lately and when I do I usually don't have much time to read or write, I just glide over all the stuff. But I am going to think of something to say about my first time. If I don't have anything, I will make it a point to do something so I can tell you about it. 🤣5 hours ago · 1

Contrary to mainstream thought, focusing only on food,
exercise and medicine isn't enough to create a healthy body or restore a sick one.
Go deeper. Develop a peace-filled mind and soul and your body will take care of itself. ... See MoreSee Less

I've always advocated for teaching mental health to children and teens. I think these classes should be part of every school's curriculum.
What do you think? ... See MoreSee Less
David SanfilippoI think anytime you can train, teach or pass along to a child being mindful and aware of what is going on in their body and mind as well as others around them-it is a good thing. Would allow them more capability to deal with issues and problems. I'm also a proponent that we should teach young children basics in economics. i.e. saving money, how to budget, etc etc. -this would lead to less dependence on govt and others.1 week ago · 1
I'm still reeling from the Las Vegas tragedy. How are you doing?
We can't normalize this. We're not supposed to live in a society where it's legal to own weapons of mass destruction. I never knew what "bump stocks" were until a few days ago. They basically turn rifles into machine guns. The Las Vegas killer used these. They're legal.
And they can shred you to pieces.
Does someone really need to own these? Their only function is to kill a lot of people in the blink of an eye.
Your mental health is affected by the mental health of your country. In my opinion, America needs an intervention.
My hope is we enact common sense gun laws which include background checks without loopholes, keeping guns out of the hands of mentally unwell and violent people and making weapons of mass destruction illegal.
In the meantime, I'm learning more about this and doing what what I can. I've contacted my Senators and Congressman and donated money to Everytown for Gun Safety, an organization to end gun violence in America.
This isn't about taking guns away from people who want them. It's about doing what we can as a society to prevent mass destruction. Other countries do this and we can, too. If you agree with me, please take action. If you don't agree, I'm open to hearing your thoughts.
May we all live in peace. 🙏 ... See MoreSee Less

Healing thoughts and prayers for the victims in Las Vegas is important. But it's not enough...
I hope that in my country the day will come when people don't have to die while listening to a concert, watching a movie or while learning to spell in their first grade classroom.
I'm not into guns but I respect someone's right to own them. But without common sense gun laws, this carnage will continue. If you feel the way I do, please contact your state and federal representatives and advocate for responsible gun laws. An easy way to do that is by using the Town Hall feature on your Facebook page.
Pray... and take action. 🙏 ... See MoreSee Less
