Until the weight becomes a health problem. I was slowly dying (per 2 physicians) with every ailment possible when I weighed 222lb over 15yrs.. medication wasn't saving me. I wanted to live, so I maintained a healthy weight for myself. Be smart when it comes to your health not the trends.
