What would your life be like if you could:
The Wise Woman Weight Release program is designed to help you release weight and keep it off forever by connecting with your inner wisdom. You’ll discover the strength and strategies you need to overcome emotional eating whenever the urge to eat strikes.
Wise Woman Weight Release: Your True Path to Become -hinner Forever is the only weight-release program that shows you how to connect with your inner guide — a guide who will help you customize and create a personal plan for success.
Every day, commercials, books, magazines, and other people, tell you that that if you simply follow a certain regimen you’ll lose weight and keep it off. But (obviously) it’s not just about that.
Wise Woman Weight Release gives you the tools to do just that.
I’m a licensed psychotherapist and life coach. I have helped thousands of people transform their lives for over twenty-five years. Using a mind/body and meta-physical approach, I integrate life coaching with psychology and spirituality. I teach my clients how to use visualization, meditation and affirmations, and how to become open to forgiveness and the power of positive thought for empowered healing and lasting change.
The Wise Woman Weight Release program was born out of a process I use to connect with my inner wisdom and guidance. I first met my own Wise Self a decade ago, during a training in which the instructor led a visualization process similar to the one I created for this program. When I began to routinely use this process with my clients, the results were profound. I have adapted it to help my clients overcome emotional eating, release weight, and request guidance in a multitude of other life issues and goals. I’m passionate about sharing this process so as many people as possible can experience greater peace of mind and freedom from the cycle of overeating they’ve been stuck in.
There is Divine power and energy within all of us. People refer to it in different ways: the Inner Advisor, Spiritual Guide, Higher Self, or Divine Light. I like to call it my Wise Self. Like an imaginary friend to a child, she is my mentor, someone I call forth in my mind—a strong, down-to-earth woman who is wise and loving and whose guidance is always available when I ask. I connect with her regularly. When I first met my Wise Self, she gave me a rock and told me to have faith as enduring as stone to help me deal with some problems I faced at the time. Those words continue to ground me.
My Wise Self helps me stay healthy, spiritually aware and confident. She is my beloved guide.
Through this program you’ll find your guide as well, someone to stand beside you and help you release weight, end emotional eating and learn to trust that you have all the wisdom and answers you need right inside of you.
Please Note: This is a downloadable program consisting of ebooks and MP3 audio downloads. You will NOT receive a physical product in the mail. After ordering, you will be able to immediately download all of the program files and bonuses. You won’t find Wise Woman Weight Release in stores; it’s only available through this website.

I saw this card in the store and just had to buy it. I look at it every morning and affirm how awesome my day will be.
Most days truly are awesome. Others aren't so great. Still others are just meh. But no matter how my day goes, a positive and hopeful attitude changes everything.
Try it and see for yourself, okay? ... See MoreSee Less

HOW TO DEAL WITH CRITICISM
Every week I take a yoga class—in the comfort of my home—with my inspiring and beautiful online yoga teacher, Leslie Fightmaster. Fightmaster Yoga (She's wonderful. Check out her fantastic yoga videos.)
Leslie posted on her FB page these fabulous and effective tips for dealing with criticism. She heard them from Marisa Peer on a TedX talk. Just in time for the holidays when you may be dealing with some critical family members, remember this brilliant approach:
1) When criticized, begin by saying:
“Thank you for sharing that.”
Many times, this will shut it down because they won’t know how to respond. You let them know you heard them, but you’re not taking it personally.
2. “Please repeat that slowly.” Or, “I’m, sorry, I didn’t hear all of what you said. Would you please repeat it?”
If your criticizer isn’t stopped by response #1, move onto #2. When you ask them to repeat it, they realize what they’re saying isn’t nice. Often, it will stop. But if they continue repeating it, say:
3. “Are you trying to make me feel bad about myself?,” or “Are you trying to hurt my feelings right now?”
They’ll often reply with, “Of course not! I simply want you to know/do_____.” Loved ones, are mostly coming from a place of concern. They do want to help. At least you’ll know that their intentions are good.
But, what if they say, “Yes, I am trying to hurt you?!!”
4. “It won’t work. I’m not going to let that in.”
It’s just their opinion. It’s not fact. You do not have to take it personally or let it in!
5. Finally, you may choose to add (without sarcasm - that part is crucial):
“While we’re sharing, did you know that critical people have the most criticism reserved for themselves?”
Those who criticize don’t like themselves very much. Remembering this will remind you to have compassion.
Thank you, Leslie (and Marisa Peer), for these great tips! 🙏❤️ ... See MoreSee Less

Do you tend to:
Fear what others think of you?
Believe you're too _____________ (fill in your common self-criticism)?
If you can relate, well... you're human. We all do this at times. So follow this best advice ever and sift through the lies to find the love. ... See MoreSee Less
That is tough to do sometime! 😒

Not all families are warm and fuzzy. And while some may feel only mildly annoying, others are downright dangerous.
With the holiday season approaching, family gatherings are being planned. If you can relate to the dangerous part, learn to set your boundaries and remember this: ... See MoreSee Less
Thanks for posting. Its takes courage and willpower to set boundaries and not get sucked into this.
And family does not mean “having” to be together!
