Do you look to others to feel complete?
Do you need to accumulate "stuff" to feel worthy? If so, remember this:
Nothing outside of you gives you value. Your value and worth lie within. It's already there.
All you need is to find the self-love living in your own heart. 💜Someone said to me last week, ‘oh when I was younger I got the attention that let me know my worth but now everyone Ignores me…’. And I said, ‘yes it’s a total ageist culture’ but the good news is now you finally have a chance to wake up and know where your value came from all along…’.
I’m going to teach a class called ‘aging as a tool of awakening’ soon…stay tuned:))
